Ive been slacking lately.
managed to get the gym over the weekend.

Saturday was Chest and tricep day. Got a new workout partner. someone to help me push myself.

still rate this a 10/10 when i focus in the mirror, i have my eyes locked and make sure that nothing else is moving when it isnt supposed to.
I am making sure i am getting full range of motion.

Sunday = shoulder day and leg day. (i have been slacking on my leg day until softball season is done. I am still riding my bike everyday though.)

my new training partner is taking brand X preworkout and I asked him if he was in the zone and his response was "how do you know" mine was "you know bro, you know." I was sweating bullets while focusing on my weights and form and breathing. he seemed to just be there. I told him over time that he will get there, that me may need to seek Infinite labs to get there...

New training partner, that's great news.

Negatives are great, but your body will get used to anything. Variety is the spice of life. Negatives are a fantastic way to induce growth though and bust a plateau. Nice work man.

ha my new training partner is in CO. for a week now. Guess he didnt like my workouts. I did a TRX class today. it was a good mix up from the normal lifting. it was a heck of a workout. i was nice a juiced up from the JHP and had a good sweat going, so i must have been doing something right...
