DAY 9

due to the softball games, i took legs off last week. felt something pull during the first game and i was down hill from there.

still feeling great on this PWO and am starting to wonder if i should have a few sips during the day when i feel tired from work.

Does anyone know if you can make this up the night before so i can keep it bed side for whenever i wake up i can just down it?

i went back to chest on Saturday last set of microcycle 1 and it went a little something like this.

Bench 290x3 @4 sets
Incline Bench 210x3 @3 sets
DB Incline Fly 40x3 @3 sets
Cable X-over 70x3 @3 sets
Cable tri pushdown 150x3 @4 sets
Close grip tri ext 100x3 @3 sets
Cable rope OH tri ext 90x3 @3 sets
Standing calf raise 365x3 @6 sets

I've made it up plenty of times the night before and had it in the fridge. Tastes great cold as a matter of fact. You might have to give it a swirl to re-mix a little, but other than that. Good to go.

If you like JHP for working out, I would recommend Infinite Force for adding to your water consumption during the day. Works like a charm.
