Training starts back up tomorrow with a vengeance. 2 more contests coming up next month, but will be training up through them, using them as part of my training. I've had enough time off for a while!

2 scoops today. Hit a 20 pound push press PR, 225. 18 inch deadlifts were meh. only hit 585, my CNS wasn't into it today. Still, juggs was pretty good, very happy with it

2 scoops juggs last night for more events training.

Taste: 9/10

I did more reps last night and this was a place where juggs shined. Lots of energy, good recovery between sets. Did 50 reps on bench and curls to get blood into the muscle, some pretty sick pumps, arms were up to 18.75" right after, so that was fun.
