ChrisTheViking is becoming a JUGGERNAUT!
Age: 28 with 29 right around the corner (holy crap I'm almost 30)
Training Experience: Weight lifting through high school for football and rugby. Started back in the gym seriously about 3 months ago. I would say I'm not even close to an expert, but I know what works for me.
My goals for the next 60 days is to add some noticeable weight to my lifts, to bring back my cardio to add to the weight I have already lost. My diet has been tweaked and is much more appropriate for my goals. I was eating 3 small meals a day, but thanks to some awesome guidance I am now eating 5 CLEAN meals a day. I plan to add Juggernaut HP to my supplement stack, which currently consists of creatine and protein. I am currently on a 3 day split routine, Monday is back and bis, Wednesday is chest and tris, and Friday is legs with some deadlifts. I can't wait to update everyone as I add Juggernaut HP to my regimen, and can't wait to see what results it brings.

Small night last night since I had to pressure wash for almost 5 hours yesterday in the lovely fire pit of Pensacola, FL.
Dumbell Curls: 3 Sets of 10 @ 40 lbs
Hammer Curls: 3 Sets of 12 @ 40 lbs
EZ Bar Curls: 3 Sets of 8 @ 95 lbs
Bent Over Rows: 3 sets
1st Set: 10 @ 125
2nd Set: 8 @ 135
3rd Set: 8 @ 155
Like I Said it was an easy night, Wednesday will be a regular day. This is without Juggernaut HP. Once I start using Juggernaut I will be logging how it made me feel, any focus increases, pump, energy, etc. Hope everyone is doing well, and I'll be back on Wednesday

Last night I did tris and shoulders...Why not tris and chest you ask, because my idiot neighbor tried to do squats yesterday, used too much weight, and dropped the bar on my bench, which is now in several pieces...hooray. Anywho.
First Set: 8 reps @ 95 lbs.
Second Set: 6 reps @ 115 lbs.
Third Set: 6 reps @ 115 lbs.
First Set: 10 reps @ 40 lbs.
Second Set: 8 reps @ 55 lbs.
Third Set: 8 reps @ 55 lbs.
First Set: 10 reps @ 105 lbs.
Second Set: 8 reps @ 135 lbs.
Third Set: 6 reps @ 135 lbs.
Front, Side, Rear Laterals:
First Set: 5, 5, 5 @ 40 lbs.
Second Set: 4, 4, 4 @ 55 lbs.
Third Set: 4, 4, 4, @ 55 lbs.
I am seeing some definite gains now even without using Juggernaut HP and I can't wait to see what it adds to them.
I just started Juggernaut HP today! I will be following you along your workouts. We are both going to get ripped!
