Default Wednesday 7/3 amd Friday 7/5

Juggernaut HP
Taste: 10/10
Focus: 10/10
Strength: 10/10 This has been the biggest factor for me, I have seen steady gains in both strength and endurance
Focus: 10/10
Mixability: 10/10 No chalky aftertaste and no leftover powder after mixing
Pump: 10/10 or, to visualize, from to

Wednesday

Dumbbell Kickbacks:
First Set: 10 reps @ 35 lbs.
Second Set: 10 reps @ 40 lbs.
Third Set: 8 reps @ 45 lbs.
Fourth Set: 7 reps @ 45 lbs.

Tricep Dips:
4 sets of 20

Dumbbell Presses:
First Set: 10 reps @ 40 lbs.
Second Set: 10 reps @ 45 lbs.
Third Set: 10 reps @ 50 lbs.
Fourth Set: 9 reps @ 55 lbs.
Fifth Set: 7 reps @ 60 lbs.

Pushups:
4 sets of 30 This is pretty big for me considering I haven't been able to do this many pushups since ROTC in high school.

Friday 7/5

Squats:
First Set:10 reps @ 135 lbs.
Second Set: 10 reps @ 155 lbs.
Third Set: 10 reps 175 lbs.
Fourth Set: 10 reps @ 195 lbs.

2 mile walk/jog

Walking Dumbbell Lunges:
First Set: 20 reps (10 each leg) @ 40 lbs.
Second and Third Set: 20 reps with 45 lbs plates.

Quick question for all of you keeping up with this. I do have some lower back issues and it's hard for me to get a good shoulder workout in because any time I lift a heavy weight over my head my back doesn't like to stay straight. What are some things I could do to take the strain off of my back/core area so I can get some heavier weight up?

Also, anybody know of any plans to build a bench and a squat rack? I can't afford the pre made ones so I have decided that building my own would be much easier.

I would work on strengthening the lower back and core before attempting heavy weight above your head. Also, I don't see anything wrong with getting a really great shoulder workout never lifting above your head. Battling Ropes, DB raises, Car drivers, Cable rear delt flyes, Straight bar raises to parallel... etc.

Morning everybody. I'm back at it today after pulling something in the upper part of my back. I feel good to go but I'm gonna take it a little slow this morning.
