WVJON takes Juggernaut for a spin

First off would like to thank Infinite Labs for the opportunity to try out Juggernaut HP.

Gender: Male
Training experience: I used to workout 12 years ago but work,school and life caused me to quit. I currently been working out now for about a year, more serious the last 8 months.

Goals: my goals for this 30 day period is to push myself to do more than I did the week before. I will be cutting my calories back some trying cut down on some fat. Right now I am taking protein, bcaas, creatine ,pre-workout and glucosamine and chondroitin.

Routine: Currently I am doing Steve Shaws power muscle burn routine. I am doing a 4 day split. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I am mixing it up every other week, throwing in a completely different routine just for something different. I plan on starting some cardio at east once a week.

I am looking forward to using Juggernaut HP.

Day 1
April 29 2013
Bench Day

Pre-Workout: 1 scoop Juggernaut HP, 6oz water
Intra Workout: 1/4 scoop Juggernaut HP, 1 scoop creatine, 20oz water

No tingles, no itching, just focus...which I really like. Took about 20 mins to kick in.

Mixability: 10
Strength: 9
Focus: 10
Overall Performance:9.5

415x1: didn't lock it out

Everything on bench felt easy tonight. I had great focus and still had more left in the tank. Felt like I could have done a few more sets but I didn't want to push it. I believe the Intra workout really helps to keep that pump going. Great first day with Juggernaut HP.

That pump is by far my favorite part. It's the agmatine in it. Love it!

I'm in and along too. Why take another 1/4 intra? This stuff lasts for hours. Might as well take it up front to have it the whole time. Focus focus focus. :)

Supposed to be leg day

Didnt workout, got to the gym(older brothers house)and he decided he wasn't going to workout. Normally I'd be like that's cool cause my younger brother works out also. Not today go figure he said he wasn't feeling it.

Will hit legs either Thursday or Saturday. Glad I hadn't taken my Juggernaut HP yet.

Tasted like koolaid, gave me great energy all day.

Overhead db tricep extension
2 sets x 40lb x 12reps
Seated French presses
2 sets x 80lb x 12reps
Rope tricep extensions
1 set x 40lb x 40reps

Took two scoops of Juggernaut HP tonight. Everything felt great. I was going to do close grip bench tonight but due to elbow pain I didn't. The pump from Juggernaut HP was great, the focus was amazing and actually still feeling good. Looking forward to trying HP for legs.

Which flavor do you have?

Love the new Wild Cherry, gonna try Orange soon.

I'm about 190lbs and found that 1.5 scoops is perfect, so 2 scoops seems about right for you. Nice work brother.
