Upper body

Pre-Workout: 2 scoop Juggernaut HP, 12oz water
Intra Workout: 1 scoop creatine, 2 scoop BCAAs, 1 gallon water

JHP kicked in around 15 mins the normal timeframe it seems. No tingles tonight, felt great.

Mixability: 10
Strength: 10
Focus: 10
Pump:10
Overall Performance:10

Took two scoops of JHP and started warming up. Felt great tonight. Really like resting 2 days between workouts. It slows my body to heal well.

Incline bench
4 sets of 12 @ 135lb

Flat DB flys
4 sets of 12 @ 25lb

Seated cable rows
4 sets of 12 @ 115lb

Upright rows
4 sets of 12 @ 50lb

Front DB lateral raises
4 sets of 12 @ 25lb

Incline DB curls
4 sets of 12 @ 25lb

Tricep push downs
4 sets of 12 @ 70lb
Superset last 3 sets with close grip incline press to failure @ 65lb

4 sets of 15 @ 80lb

Seated calf raises
4 sets of 12 @ 125lb

No PWO pumps the legs as much as the upper body. Some never see it. But many take an extra 1/2 scoop for the focus and energy!

That's been my experience as well. I'll go scoop and half on upper days and 2 on leg days.

Can't tell I you want tingles or not. We also have CarnoCre which is Beta Alanine and creatine that when added to JHP helps give the sensation. But it will diminish in everyone over time.

Took two scoops of JHP and started warming up. Tried it a little more water than usual, i liked it pretty good because the taste wasnt strong.Started out with rack pulls this evening and they felt light.

Should have went with more weight

Leg Curls
4 sets of 10 @ 85

Calf Raises
4 sets of 10 @ 135

The tingles don't bother me, it lets me know its working. The other night was extreme, still didn't bother me just felt different.
