Shoulders and Traps

Pre-Workout: 2 scoop Juggernaut HP, 12oz water
Intra Workout: 1 scoop creatine, 1 scoop BCAAs, 20oz water

No tingles, no itching, just focus. JHP kicked in around 15 mins

Overhead press front and rear
3 sets of 12@100lb

Upright Rows
3 sets of 10@50lb

Arnold press
3 sets of 10@40lb

DB shrugs
2 sets of 10@40lb

JHP kicked in and I felt great. Pump and focus felt awesome tonight. Went with light weight tonight again, I guess I can call this week a light week. JHP did its job tonight ad did it well.

Took my JHP and started lifting. Still going easy this week,might as well say its a deload week. My gout has been bothering me but anyways. Didn't really have a plan this evening. So I decided to come up with my own workout. It felt great JHP gave me the strength to push through. Everything felt great. JHP is awesome stuff.

Yeah, I hate gout. I've ad it since I was 18, now 32. Wasn't able to lift Monday due to being on the road and staying in a hotel last night. Will be back tonight to finish logging.
