Like a boss! I workout in the morning as well. How's the energy from 2 scoops? Good kick in the pants and tunnel-focus!

Incline curls

I had a splitting headache tonight while lifting. So I decided to go light tonight. Even though it felt like my head was going to pop off on bench, everything felt pretty good. I started working out before JHP kicked in. My warm up set felt heavy. JHP kicked in and I felt like I could keep going, head still hurting I wanted more but due to both workout partners had already quit and were waiting on me so I decided to quit.

Freakin Boss. Your light is heavier than my heavy. Love it.

I gotta go eat, then go lift some more.

420 x 1
440 x 1

Lat pull down

100 x 10
100 x 10

Wide grip seated rows
80 x 10
80 x 10
80 x 10

Facepulls

JHP kicked in and I felt great. Wasn't sure exactly what to work tonight. So we decided to do back. Deadlifts felt extremely easy tonight.. I wanted to push for more but tweaked my back a little in the 400, butt came up to quick. Two scoops on a pretty empty stomach is great.

Wow. That's like a deadlift specialty. Awesome and 10 ratings all across the board. Nice.
