4 sets of 15 @ 105lb

Leg Curls
4 sets of 15 @ 85lb

Seated Calf Raises
4 sets of 12 @ 135lb

Overall good workout tonight. Great burn and pump.

Tonight was not a good night everything felt extremely heavy. My whole mindset was messed up tonigh hence the lower ratings. I didn't feel much of anything tonight. My workout sucked. By far the worse night lifting I've had.

Saw about this on Facebook. Sorry to hear that man. Sometimes we just have those kind of days. I had to take a few days off last week because I was having one of those kind of weeks! Felt good to hit it hard again this morning though!
