Great ratings. There is an article on infinitelabs.com that describes a good twist to face pulls.

Day 19
June 1
Back & arms

Pre-Workout: 2 scoop Juggernaut HP, 12oz water
Intra Workout: 1 scoop creatine, 1 scoop BCAAs, 20oz water

No tingles, no itching, just focus. JHP kicked in around 15 mins the normal timeframe it seems.

Mixability: 10
Strength: 10
Focus: 10
Pump:10
Overall Performance:10

Rack pulls
325 x 5 x 3

Tricep push downs
70 x 15 x 2
85 x 15 x 1

Bent rows
155 x 12 x 1
155 x 10 x 2

Standing DB curls
30 x 10 x 3

Lat pull downs
100 x 12 x 3

Overhead db tricep extensions
30 x 15 x 3

DB curls
25 x 20

Took two scoops of JHP and started warming up. Did rack pulls for the first time today 325 wasn't a lot but it felt real easy. JHP is doing great, it gets me through my workouts. Previous pwo have been good for me but after two weeks my body gets used to them. JHP has been great still like the first day. I don't know if its the fact that I have been withholding any caffeine throughout the day just taking JHP at workout time. JHP is truly amazing.

It's great, and the agmatine in it is one of those ingredients that as it stores up in your system gets better. So, the pump feeling should come easier and last longer!!!

I see MaB'ers go #juggernautmode alot. Now, here's your chance to show it. Show a pic of you and a big lift or simply a progress photo.
Post your pic with the tag #JuggernautMode here:

https://www.facebook.com/InfiniteLab...ements?fref=ts

You could win Juggernaut-of-the-Week and some great prizes. Feel free to post them here too, but for the contest, you have to go to the Infinite Labs page on Facebook.
