Just wanted to let you guys know that wont be logging this week. I have got to get my body better. I am hurting all over. I will start this log back up starting Monday.

JHP kicked in and I felt great. Felt awesome tonight. First tome doing bench in two weeks. JHP gave me an amazing pump tonight. Still didn't go heavy tonight but I still have some left in the tank. JHP seem to have worked extremely well tonight could be the fact I hadn't used any fr a week. I love this stuff. Glad to be back in the gym.

Did Bench today with 2 scoops of JHP. FReaking awesome pump that I am still feeling!

I've found that 15 minute window to be pretty true. Just enough time for me to get ot the gym and warmed up.

Didn't get to go to the gym last night so I decided to go this morning. Took two scoops of JHP and started warming up. Decided to do everything today nice and slow, making sure to get precise form. Kinda liked working out alone it allows me to focus more. Had a great workout. Thanks to JHP.

I don't mind working alone early in the morning. I do have a training partner, but sometimes it's nice to crank the tunes and go at it.

I lift solo as well. I've had partners before but most don't have the discipline I have. Also I've been a morning trainer since using Juggernaut about 3.5 years ago. Occasionally I train later but primarily it is early.
