Not much going on today. I decided just go for a run, some elliptical and the rower to let my legs rest a little bit. I going to rest thursday and I going to film some of my squat session on Friday. I want to hit this log on day 30 with some good poundage... In addition, Friday will be my last squat session (for the next two weeks) due to my physical test on the 26th. Upperbody will be g2g but nothing in the lower body until I'm done with this PT "issue".

See you on Friday!!!!!

No...not really but I guess is a must if I want to stay longer and complete my military career. Have 10 and 10 more to go. Down hill from now on...

However, powerlifting is one of the few highligths that keep me motivated and help me stay on track and for sure keep me going and going and going...

Day 30

Going for 1 MR. Took 2 Juggernaut HP with cold water, stretch for 10 minutes and squat day is ON!!!

Bar x 10

2 x 225 x 5(lock out to stretch and get use to the weight)

1 x 225 x 3

1 x 225 x 2

1 x 275 x 2

2 x 315 x 1

1 X 365 X 1

1 X 405 X 1

1 x 455 x 1- Little bit high…can fix with “0” run…Hate Cardio!!!

1 x 495 x “NO GO” AT THIS STATION!!!

Definitely, all the cardio that I’m doing is affecting in one way or another my squat routine and my overall strength…however, is not as much as I was expecting. I will fix that in two weeks from now. In the mean time I add the 275 and the 365 to this MR. In my last meet I went from 225, 315, 405 to the platform…

Overall experience with Infinite Labs and Juggernaut HP…10 cookies of 10 plus 1 smiley face…

I had a great 30 days log (at least in my opinion). My Cardio is up, I lean some and loose close to 8 lbs. Juggernaut HP is a great product and I highly recommend this product and Infinite Labs. I bought two Juggernaut HP lemonade and I just bought (yesterday) 4 Infinite Labs Whey Delite Protein. This is how much I trust this company. Joint the Infinite Labs Face book for a lot of special prices. That’s the only way to get amazing discount and the latest news.

Will be posting my new protein stach next week...

Totally agree. The facebook page and the especially the facebook private group is rockin! Any of Fernando's follwers, message me if you want this special access to a really great group!

Your log has been awesome brother! Will you be doing a "final write up" or anything?

Generally, we'd have you rate it in the store too, but we are still working on getting MaS/MaB to pick up Juggernaut HP!

I want to say Thanks to Kenny, Jordan, Matt and all the infinite labs crew for this great opportunity. Juggernaut HP is an excellent pre-work out and is a must have if you want to feel the pump. I add 4 jugs of protein whey Delite also from Infinite labs. I will not support this company if I think that their products are not good enough for my body.

The log keeps me pumping the whole time, I loose close to 10 lbs in a 30 days log and my energy levels are up at 100%. My numbers are increasing and hopefully we can keep Infinite Labs around MaB for long time.

My numbers increase approximate 6%-7% compare to my last Max Effort before the log which translates to 40-50lbs. (total from the big three)

I initiate a new training log and hope you guys keep it up there with me.
