indeed brother. I can't wait to the end of the month when I going to start overloading my squat training. Would like to obtain a solid 495 in the next meet but I will be happy with 475.

Day 25

Took one Raspberry Juggernaut HP with 6oz of water before run. Went to the track and ran the 2 miles in enough good time to pass. Did not felt like my heart want to come out. I guess I will survive another day. Cross to the gym and dran two more scoops of JHP with one protein scoop and 14oz of water. Sit in the sauna for 10 minutes to stretch and lower the heart rate from the run.

Seated DB Military Press

1 x 80 x 8

2 x 80 x 6

DB Shrug

1 x 120 x 30

2 x 120 x 25

DB Flyes

3 x 35 x 12

Pull over

3 x 100 x 10

Front DB raise

3 x 25 x 10

Cable Lateral Raise

3 x 20 x 10

Finish and went to the sauna for 15 minutes to have a nice sweat, stretch and relaxing time. Finish full of energy and still have plenty of fuel in the tank to continue. Juggernaut HP is one of the best investment in my gym arsenal.
