Day 20

Nice slow 10 minutes jog follow by nice stretching. Drank my Juggernaut HP at the same time and hit the weight room aright after that.

Box squats

Bar x 5
2 x 135 x 5
2 x 225 x 8
3 x 315 x 5
2 x 405 x 3
3 x 425 x 1

Hip Thrust
3 x 245 x 20

Lunges
3 x 150 x 10

Stiff DL
3 X 225 X 12

Nice stretching follow by 20 minutes in the sauna. I finished the routine full of energy and felt good afterward. I am going to be adding chains to my squats next week….and I feel sorry already for me!!!

Thursday is swimming, stretching, light cardio day...Not much going on...see you then.

Done early. 20 minutes jog, sauna for 15 and 10 minutes in the rower.
not bad day, a lot of sweat, and a lot of cool, calm and collective attitude. Tomorrow I will be back for upper body madness!!!

DAY 21

Jog for 18 minute. Then went to the Sauna for 10 to stretch and relax.

Warm up

10 x bar
10 x 135

Did some tweaking to my routine. Want to try something with less reps for two weeks and the pick it up again for three weeks. That will put me in the week prior to my meet. However, still a lot of reps, sets and weight...

2 X 225 X 5

1 X 225 + 50LBS Chain x 5

1 x 245 + 50LBS Chain x 5

1 x 240 + 50LBS Chain x 5

1 x 275 x 5

1 x 265 x 5

1 x 260 x 5

1 x 245 + 50LBS Chain x 5

1 x 235 + 50LBS Chain x 5

still 10 sets with more chain sets on it...Will let you know in two - three weeks if notice any difference as soon I start going up in reps and weight...

DB row @ 100lbs

3 x 10

Pull Over @ 100lbs

3 x 10

Lying Lat raise @ 30lbs

3 x 10

Finish with three sets of Push ups (close, normal and wide)

3 x 35

Drank my Juggernaut HP (2 scoops) before my warm up and drank one more scoop during the whole session. Feel good, I finish full of energy and I know I have more energy to keep going...Don't think my wife will appreciate that...See you tomorrow with lower body...

Day 22

2 scoops of Juggernaut (Raspberry) HP mix with 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein. Gave me good kick in.

Warm up/stretch

1 x bar x 10
1 x 135 x 10
2 x 225 x 8
3 x 315 x 5
3 x 405 x 3

Front squat
3 x 315 x 5

Goodmorning
3 x 225 x 10

Stiff DL
3 X 225 X 12

Lying leg curl
3 x 60 x10

Hip Thrust
3 x 225 x 20

Felt good and strong. Full of energy but mad at the same time. I was told yesterday that my Physical test was move to the end of the month. This mean that I can't train super heavy my last two week of April to get ready for the meet that I was planning to go. Everything is moving at least two to three weeks to the right.

At least I know that I can use Juggernaut HP not only to lift weights but also to add cardio to my bag of tricks. My run is improving, as well my gym routine.
But I want and I need to stop running (right after physical test) to increase big time those squats!!! Let you guys know as soon I find a good meet.

In the mean time...eat, train, sleep & repeat!!!

You're a stud. That's all. Can't wait to hear more about the big squats after your PT. I squatted this morning, which is nowhere near what all your MaB'ers do, but I love the whole body experience that squats provide for me!
