Slow day today..not too much action and boring perhaps...

Jog in the treadmill for 20 minutes follow by another 20-25 minutes in the pool. The sauna was nice and hot and I guess I can't complaint about my day. Tomorrow is going to be 100% rest follow by Max Effort day o Sunday.

I can't wait for that!!!!

Fun for me for sure...not so much for my wife. We hit the road before 5:30am to arrive to the gym before 9:00am...I LOVE THIS GAME!

Day 17

Yes sir...full of fun for sure...2 scoops of Raspberry Juggernaut HP and one of Lemonade Juggernaut HP as intra work out. Nice and almost perfect day.

Nice warm up

315 LBS X 2

345 X 1

365 X 1

370 X 1 (TOUCH AND GO)

Was not easy but not hard either. I'm almost positive that I will do it next time with the pause. This is what I'm going for in my next meet. Probably an extra 5 more pounds. Still have time for improvement.

After that I continue with my regular routine 10 x 10. I think I going to add an extra chain for my last two sets next week (aprox 44 lbs). May need to go with (205-225)lbs + (94-95) lbs in chain. Will see how everything work out.

Day 18

Here we go guys!!! Squat ME day!!!

Jog for 10 minutes to warm up, stretch a little bit and AFTER drank my Juggernaut HP, I was ready for madness.

bar x 10
135 x 5
225 x 3
315 x 2
405 x 1
445 x 1
470 x 1

Nice 470lbs without too much growling. I saw an Andy Bolton video where he is warming up and squatting high in the lightest sets and getting lower in the heavies sets. That’s what I did for my sets up to 315lbs and start getting lower after 405lbs and works like a champ!!! Hit my regular routine after that!

Squat
5 x 315 x 5

Front squat
3 x 315 x 5

Good Morning
3 x 225 x 10

Hip Thrust
3 x 225 x 20

Nice strong day…Is looking good for the HOME TEAM!!!
