Dr. Camp is is a highly accredited & recognized Physical Therapist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. He graduated from the University of Maryland, with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Exercise Physiology. Upon graduation, he went to Osteopathic Medical School, then changed careers and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Dr. Mike Camp is continuously courted by many top pros to design their Strength & Conditioning Programs, and is flown across the country to consult about lagging injuries. Michael is recognized as someone who can train with the best and in many cases, set the pace when working along side top athletes.

As a competitor himself in powerlifting and bodybuilding, Michael has Squatted 505, deadlifted 605, and benched 385, all raw and weighing 181 pounds.

Hey guys...I'm back from Florida. My dad had a stroke. He suffer from the right cerebellum. His speech, balance and coordination was affected between other things. My sister will remain with him until he gets better. In the mean time I'm back and I going to pick it up in the same place were I left my training. I going to be hitting within the next hour or so upper body. I missed the gym a lot...don't tell my wife but I think she already know...brrrrr!!! see you in a bit!

Yes sir. Just like I was hoping. Everything went smooth. Start with two scoop of Juggernaut HP Raspberry flavor to get in the beast mode. After that, I get my third scoop of Juggernaut Lemonade (I bought two jugs), and is awesome. The flavor is great, mix nice and kept me pumping like a nice and well oil machine.

Warm up

10 x bar
10 x 135

Routine

2 225lbs x 10

1 245lbs x 10

1 250lbs x 10 (+5lbs compare to day 8)

1 255lbs x 10 (+5lbs compare to day 8)

3 250 + 50lbs chain x 10

2 245 + 50lbs chain x 10

db bend over row

3 120lbs x 10

flyes

3 35lbs x 12

pull over

3 100lbs x 10

Hit the sauna twice for 15-20 minutes and feel great. Both Juggernaut HP taste great, kept me going without hesitation, mix fairly at 99%. Still saw some particles floating around but is a lot better than previous pre-work out that I tried in the past. Overall, Juggernaut HP is a "GO". By the way, that off week was good to me. I feel excellent. I going to start tomorrow my leg routine with the 225LBS SQUAT for reps. I going to be recording that and posting the video later evening. See you all then...!!!

Day 10

Use 2 Juggernaut HP scoops with cold water...went nice and smooth! Feel the hurry to start jumping and screaming within the first 15 minutes. Start with a nice stretch and warm up and jump right away with a 225 x 35 reps...ck the video in the challenge thread...

Warm up

* Stretch Jumping Jacks/ sumo stance stretching and stretching with bands

225lbs x 35 reps (10 minutes break after this)

incline sit ups with 45 lbs plate

6 x 15

Good Mornings

3 225lbs x 10

Hyper Extension

3 x 20 w/ 45lbs plate


Hip Thrust

3 225lbs x 20


I'm freaking hurtttttt!!!!!!! Drink 2 more scoops during the training session as intra work out!!! Will see how I wake up tomorrow. So far no jittery, no headache, no anxious. Felt rush during almost 1.5 hour of exercise but fell good so far...other than my lower back and legs are crying for a bed!!! See you tomorrow. Will be running, stepper (cardio day), and some swimming and probably some more STRETCHING...!!!

Day 11

Cardio day

Took one scoop of Raspberry Juggernaut HP, head to the track and ran 1.5 miles (slowwwwly....still hurt from yesterday). After that, walked into the gym for the elliptical, stepper, 10 sets of suicides in the basketball court and call the day with 30 minutes in the Sauna. Approximate an hour of cardio. Don't feel exhausted but my legs are begging for some rest. I going to take the day off on Sunday and comeback full of energy on Monday~~~

In another note, did felt the Juggernaut energy. However, my heart rhythm was normal and my heart felt ok. Did not felt a crazy heart pounding sensation which is good. I felt like that before with other products and the sensation was scary crazy which lead me to stop using it. Juggernaut HP is helping me to succeed.
