DAY 6

I try something different today. I mixed my two scoops with 12oz of water but I drank only half. I proceed to do my cardio (TAP OUT HT) session and CARDIO REALLY SUCKS!!! Last only 30 minutes of the 45 minutes movie. Wait around 10 minutes, drank the other half and begin with my auxiliaries exercises. For sure JUGGERNAUT HP helps me keeps the drive.

Upperbody

3 35lbs X flat bench flyes

3 135lbs x 10 military press

3 x 60lbs cross over

3 x 120lbs x 10 shrug

3 x wide arm pull ups with 45 lbs plate

Exhausted but not TOO bad for this session. I think that split my drink for today session was a good idea. Wonder how will works in a regular Max Effort day if I use it as pre work out and intra!!! Will give a try next Sunday!!!

I used to do a scoop of Juggernaut before and 1 scoop intra. Worked good!

If you like the 'extra' energy creeping in just before the weights, this should work fine. Personally, I can wait 15 mins after consuming all or an hour. I have plenty and the focus is just as high. I could see where a 2-4 hour leg workout that using more as an intra might help. He he.

Day 7

Drink my first 12oz of Juggernaut HP at 1700hrs after work and hit the gym aprox 15 minutes later. Start with 5 minutes warm up on the bike and then hit the weight room.

Lower body assistance exercises

Goodmornings

3 x 225lbs x 10

Box Squats

3 x 315lbs x 5

Leg Press

3 x 400lbs x 5

Lying Legs Curl

3 x 40lb x 15

Hip bridges

3 x 225lbs x 20

Sauna for 25 minutes...AWESOME!

Prepare a 6 ounces Juggernaut HP to use as intra-work out and work EXCELLENT!!! Kept me going on and on and on like the Energizer Bunny. For sure Juggernaut HP is a good investment. Will be buying and adding to my supplement stock!
