Not any other time of the year. But family vacation and being ready for it is. It only comes once a year.

Sunday:
Ok back at it after a couple weeks off. I came back from vacation sore everywhere.
Dropped a lil weight from the bar just so I didnt overdo it after the time off.
Squats 185 x 20
Deads 210 x 20
Easy, I was was breathing hard afterwards but not as bad as usual.

Usually I find one workout per group and I'm back after a deload.
