Honestly I couldn't tell if the second session made any difference. I still just added 10 lbs each week. Probably no real difference than just the 20 reppers. I just like to lift heavy sometimes.

Well sometimes on the last rep or 2 I may have to take 2 or 3 breaths. But, I try to stay at 1.
On the deads I inhale at the bottom, exhale at the top and after each 5 reps I take 2 quick breaths.
I was taking a couple breaths between each rep but I like the new way much better. I get through all 20 BEFORE I start breathing too hard.

For McRobert's 20-rep, you take a weight you can squat for 10 and do 20. I remember around rep 7 I used to start doing 2 breaths. Very tough.

Leg day, late again.

Squats
200 x 20
I had to pause and take 3 or 4 breaths around rep 16

Deads
230 x 20
Juggernaut hp doing its job. At rep 17 I thought 1 more and I'm done, no way can I get 20. But I had more in the tank than I thought. I could have probably got 21.

No free time at all right now. I work out when I can, and post when I get a free minute.
Just a few more weeks and everything will get back to normal. I spend every free minute getting my atvs ready for spring break.
Big family, lots of fun, but lots of atvs for me to keep up with. Lol

Nothing quite like turning up the VOLUME! Nice work, glad JHP could help push those extra few reps!

ATVs are more important than workouts?

Priorities.
