Your keg workout is 2 20-rep sets? Are the squats the 'breathing' variety by Stuart McRobert?

Kind of. Except I stay at 1 breath between reps.
Well sometimes on the last rep or 2 I may have to take 2 or 3 breaths. But, I try to stay at 1.
On the deads I inhale at the bottom, exhale at the top and after each 5 reps I take 2 quick breaths.
I was taking a couple breaths between each rep but I like the new way much better. I get through all 20 BEFORE I start breathing too hard.

And before I got sick I would follow the 20 rep session with a heavy session a couple hours later.
I am going to return to this after I get more used to my routine.
