I am a lot better. Not quite 100% but not too far off.
Ready to get back started. But waiting on closer to 100%

I am back.
I put in a mild squat and deadlift session today.
I am going to try to get back into my routine for a full week or so before I start back on the supplement. That way I can tell more about any difference it may make.
