Alright a little update. Still working with 2 scoops of Juggernaut on heavy lift days, 1 scoop on my BB type days. Its been working great. I told some other people on the forum that this has worked better for me than any other preworkout I have tried. Below is a video of the most recent squat like above, but I did a voice over on a few things I noticed wrong. The 2nd video is of my bench workout this week. Makes the 18th week since surgery, so making some progress.
