Took 2 scoops again Friday before my deadlift workout. This was the first deadlift since my injury, so at least 17 weeks. This is the first preworkout that I have consistently taken. Big thumbs up from me!

No lifting yesterday. Going to do some light back, traps, and core work today. I attached a picture below. I am working on slimming down and figured I would show the progress here as well. I am 296 in this picture. Still got a lot of fat to get off, but pleased so far.

got in some bench yesterday, along with band pushdowns and shrugs. First time going over 200lbs since the surgery. I did 205x10 then 225x6. I could have done a good bit more reps, but taking it easy. I have gone to taking two scoops on my heavy days, and 1 scoop on my arm days of Juggernaut. Working great for me!
