Multiply by at least two...Juggernaut is one of the best pre-work out that I try in years...good as intra also

Thanks guys. Still a long way to go before I feel good about really loading some weight on the bar. I did a bunch of dumbbells after benching and it destroyed my pec! I had not been that sore in a long time in my chest, but its a good sore. Take a few down days. Going to travel over to another gym Saturday morning to squat. Going to put on my gear and see how much I can take to comp depth. Hopefully will be in the mid 9s or higher.

I will be telling a lie if I told you I knew each weight I did warming up. So lets just say I warmed up and start with the working sets

Big thanks to my training partners and the Warrior Den gym for letting us come in and lift. They had the gym shut down and just let us go at it! Some people came in and sat in lawn chairs and enjoyed the show. Honeycutt called my depth from the front as he was working the monolift. Most will not realize how hard that is to do, add in the fact that its multiply gear and working the handle!
