Thanks. We are into our Third year of ministry. I have about 10 folks onsite regularly.

Nice. Glad to hear. I like to work fast as well with minimal rest. I feel its good in keeping the heart rate up.

Cool. More of God's people need to encourage the care of the Temple. National obesity stats are horrific, my observation is that it is worse in the Church.

Start with 1 scoop

I usually do a scoop in the a.m and 1 1/2 before workout. 60 servings lasts awhile
