NOTES
Cut things short today to avoid hurting myself. Woke up with serious head congestion, to the point that turning head lead to equilibrium problems. I fought through the Rack Deads, getting dizzy during set up, waiting for the room to stop spinning, pulling and then doing it all over again. I stopped early, figuring that maybe BHNP would go better. No bending, no head turning, no dizzy? WRONG! Shut things down after trying a few sets. If congestion abates, I will try again on Monday.

JUGGERNAUT HP
Thought I would increase dosage today. Went to 2 scoops. Taste was great, got the Beta tingle and was extremely focused. My body was not willing to cooperate. As you can see above, I had to shut things down early. Will give it a go again as soon as this head congestion is gone.

Steve, two things to consider, IMHO, your size and sensitivity to stimulants. You are heavier than I am, pure muscle, and if I remember correctly love your caffeinated drinks. I would start with one scoop, but would guess that like NightTrain, you will be busting 2 scoops very quickly.

Way to listen to your body man. I fought through many colds/sickness to workout as well, sometimes its doable others not so much. Hope you feel better ASAP

True about the sin, but when was the last time you heard any preacher preach on gluttony? I decided to try to hit it head on. It is currently one of our most active and effective ministries.

Rare, true. But sometimes that is what is needed.

I know a guy who does prison ministry and one guy realized it and started to tear in the eye and said, "you mean gluttony is a sin?"

Too many people think life is a free for all and go to the buffets all the time, tear down the barn and build bigger, sit back, relax.
