DC Experiment

THE WORK
Drag Curls Ez Bar - PWO
wu 10 x bar
Wu 20 x 6
wu 40 x 5
50 x 12 +8 +8

Reverse Grip Curls
55 x 18

Standing Calf Raises
221 x 12 with hold at top
221 x 15 straight up and down

SLDL
183 x 12

Squats
241 x 6 PR
163 x 10

NOTES
Partner was late and then trained light due to upcoming 8K, so this was pretty much a solo session. Added weight to everything. Toes hate standing calf raises, may have to try something different. Hit a PR on my heavy set of squats, probably could have pushed out another rep or two. Just didn't have the gas for a twenty repper right after.

JUGGERNAUT
Focus was good. 9/10
Strength 10/10
Overall better night than the last as far as the caffeine goes. Still liking the juggernaut.

DC Training

THE WORK

Incline Bench Press
10 x bar warmup
5 x 95 warmup
3 x 135 warmup
5 x 150 +3 +3

DB Military Press
5 x 35 warmup
8 x 47.5 +5 +5

Close Grip Bench
7 x 115 +6 +4

WG Pull down
7 x 90 +5 +5

Pendlay Rows
10 x 135

NOTES
No partner today, as he was running the Shamrock 8K and with his son running the Fun Mile. Will be solo training all week due to schedule issues.

Incline Bench - Added a few pounds to round it off to 150. Did not hit the overall rep goal, so I will keep weight here and increase reps next time.
DB Mil Press - Increased 5 lbs but did not hit rep goal, so weight will stay the same and reps will go up.
Close Grip BP - slight weight increase, as I was training at home. With no spotter, I stopped short of where I would have with a spotter.
WG Pulldowns - focused on keeping lats activated. Added 10 lbs and hit rep goal so will add some more weight next time.
Pendlay Rows - Just did one set as it was time to get ready for next event on the schedule.

Juggernaut HP
Coming to the end of my container. Should finish it up this next week. This has been some good stuff. Great focus, great ingredients, great pump. Today was no exception. Juggernaut gave me the extra little umph I needed. While the weights and reps are not where I want them, yet, they are getting there and Juggernaut is helping. Today:

Strength 8/10 - I always have a dip when by myself
Focus - 9/10
Intensity - 9/10
Recovery - 9/10
Overall assessment for today: 9/10 - still an A in my book.

Get out there and push yourself! I have found my training to be very different when with a partner or without. Even if strength is something that lacks and makes you feeling uncomfortable, just up the INTENSITY with the weight you are comfortable. It's makes a HUGE difference.

ADVANCED
PRE-WORKOUT
OPTIMIZER
JUGGERNAUT® HP HELPS TO:

INCREASE LEAN MASS*
STIMULATE MUSCLE FIBER GROWTH*
PROVIDE EXPLOSIVE POWER*
PROLONG THE "PUMP" SENSATION*
ENHANCE MENTAL FOCUS*
SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE FATIGUE*
IMPROVE BLOOD FLOW*

Juggernaut® HP is the perfect pre-workout solution to support the intensity and drive of your workout and help keep you pushing until the very end. Our unique formula combines all of the necessary ingredients to help our customers receive the 'boost' necessary for that optimal training session desired by many athletes and bodybuilders.

Since my internet time is curtailed and I am finishing up my container of Juggernaut HP, I thought the least I could do was offer up a final assessment.

I have tried a variety of pre-workout supplements over the past few years. They have done everything from give me the jitters, to the trots, to absolutely nothing at all and everything in between. I will have to say the Juggernaut HP was one supplement I actually looked forward to taking. The taste, I had Crimson Punch, was great. There was no bitterness, arginine fish taste or smell, even the beta tingles were minimal, not that the tingles are a bad thing. What I loved most was the focus I had during my sessions. Yes, strength was up, endurance was up, overall energy was up, but all of those I can attribute to other things, like diet. Focus and drive, that was where the Juggernaut HP pushed through. I enjoyed my trial and look forward to purchasing some more in the future.

Taste - 10/10 - Crimson Punch is a winner!
Strength - 9/10 - good stuff!
Endurance - 9/10
DOMS - 10/10 - Minimal problems with DOMS, even after off days.
Pump - 9/10 - Most days had a great pump that lasted for quite a while.
Focus - 10/10 - This was where Juggernaut excelled. Great stuff!

Overall rating - 9/10 - an A - I have not tried all of the flavors and do not want to over sell a product that I have not tried every variation. Check back with me after I have tried the others.

Thanks to Infinite Labs for allowing me to try and log their product, it was a joy.
