Thanks guys. It is great when strength is up, body weight is staying the same and you are outgrowing your shirts at the same time. I am in a cool place right now. Routine change and Juggernaut are the only real changes I have made of late. Together they are a win.

DC Training

THE WORK

Incline Bench Press
5 x bar warmup
5 x 93 warmup
5 x 115 warmup
9 x 148 +6 +4

DB Military Press
5 x 30 warmup
13 x 42 +6 +4

Close Grip Bench
11 x 114 +4 +3

WG Pull down
15 x 80 +8 +10

Pendlay Rows
3 x 8 x 125

NOTES
Had to move training up a day due to schedule conflicts. Feeling DOMS from yesterday's leg thrashing, today I worked on the chest and back. Mission accomplished despite some errors.

Incline Bench - Thought I had grabbed a couple 10's, realized after the fact that I had grabbed 2 fives. Weight was lower than last time, but reps were higher.
DB Mil Press - Increased 2 lbs and increased the reps.
Close Grip BP - was one pound lighter than last time, again due to the international plates, increased reps.
WG Pulldowns - focused on keeping lats activated. Added 10 lbs and a ton of reps.
Pendlay Rows - These were killer, I am glad I have three days off before my next session, I need it.

JUGGERNAUT HP
Great focus! Taste is smooth. I am really enjoying this product.

Glad you enjoy Juggernaut.

Too bad you didn't grab 10s and expected them to be 5s and do the same weights ! Sometimes training partners do that trick once a year to push past a plateau.

That was a stupid mistake I would not have made in the Dog House. If I did anything in the Dog House it would be what you suggested. I am working with Jeff for at least the month of March, if schedules stay the same.

Default Even with Juggernaut, bad days can be good. 3/4/13

DC TRAINING

WORK

Alt. DB Curls
7x42.5 +6 +6

Standind DB Reverse Curls
12x22.5 +8 +12

Seated Calf Raises
12x160 PWO

Hip Thrusts
9x135

Hack Squats BB
10x225
20x155

NOTES
No partner or drive today. Low pressure system caused head to pound. Quick session.

Reverse Curls - obviously, the weight was too light. It was an increase over last time, but still too light.
Seated Calf Raise - Used my Smith machine which made it easier to apply weight. Not knowing the actual weight of the bar, I recorded the plate weight only. I held each rep at the top and the bottom.
Hip Thrusts - Biggest crap of the day. On ninth rep, bench slipped as I was at bottom of rep, I could not recover with out risking injury so I called it.
BB Hack Squats - Weight was too light on both sets.

JUGGERNAUT HP
I was not feeling it as I hit the Dog House. The Juggernaut carried me through.
Energy - 9/10
Focus - 9/10
Strength - 10/10 though on almost every exercise I felt the weights too light, these were weights I would not have used in the past

Good stuff!

Great to see high ratings on the Juggernaut despite the drive today. Sometimes the right supplement is all it takes

JUGGERNAUT HP
Interesting, I have not been feeling the Beta tingle, yet today I felt them again. Been a crazy day with church happenings so I needed this time in the Dog House. Focus was great, Strength was good, was able to move quickly. Today Juggernaut was a 9/10.

Could it be that with Juggernaut HP, your partner just can't keep up??

Ha ha. Srs. Hope he get back in the gym.
