today was much of the same as yesterday... 2 scoops 20 minutes prior..
Taste was good
energy was solid, not too much so you feel jittery but enough to push thru workouts
focus is good

ok here is todays work out.....

Nice work put in! 2 scoops sure does give a insane pump. I'm taking 2 today as well Need that little extra energy, didn't get much sleep last night and I'm feeling it lol

On the 425...are those schiek straps? how are those on the wrist?, i seen pic and they look comfy...I wanna get something comfy for heavy rack pulls...
