Bam that pic was taken back in july or aug... i was about 212 in that picture, but in a lot better condition... have lost some size and put on some belly fat since i have been home and unemployed..

2 scoops 20 min prior to workout

beta tingles-- great
focus-- great
pump-- great
Stim-- good
taste -- good

busy day today, had to cut workout short but what i did was good...

30 Jan 2013----- WT 206lbs

CHEST; Traps... skipped shoulders today....

Incline DB press-- 65x10/75x10/85x10/90x7/6.. got an extra rep from last week

Decline BB bench-- 135x10/185x6/205x4/135x10

cable flys-- 30x10x 3 sets

machine shrugs-- 180x20/20/20/17/12-- went lower weight and MOAR reps!!!

good workout, too bad i had to skip shoulders, i will try and make it up tomorrow after legs...

Some don't and feel it more in triceps and shoulders.

Had to make up a couple days in one long workout!!!!

BW pull ups-10/10/9/8/7/6/5= 55 total
Seated cable rows- wide grip bar-160x10/180x10/200x6
BB reverse grip rows- 135x10/185x8/205x6
EZ curl bar- 75x10/95x7/6
Sumo deads with DB curls folowing each set---- 135X8 & 40x10/ 225x6 & 40x10/ 315x5 & 40x7/ 405x1 & 40x7/ 455x fail... drop back down to 405 x1
Tricep cable superset--- 72.5x10/10-- 72.5x10/10-- 72.5x10/7-- 72.5x10/6-- SPENT!!!

Awesome workout today... energy and pump where very good, was very pleased with today!!!

3 scoops! I never tried 3, the most for me was 2. But like you if I knew it was going to be a hard rough day I'd probably do 3 as well lol. Need that drive!

i wouldnt do that every workout, but i figured it was gona be rough so i tried it and i actually really liked the results

I think because you are little bit bigger guy, 3 scoops would do the job on a tough day.

I heard that the dosing for most products is based on a 160lb male...
