MSmith is off to a bad start
Default My heels hurt

Lately my heels have been hurting me so bad. I get up and as soon as I hope out of bed I cringe. I have a hard time walking on them. I wonder if it is not plantar fascitis, but have not been diagnosed yet. Will make dr. apt soon, but for now can any one recommend what I should do for relief?

Toe raises will work, you will also want to stretch. And ice your feet as well and take ibuprofen.

I have heard to people taping their feet for this. Not sure how to do this but you should look into it.

Dr. told me to do 2 things:

1. Freeze a water bottle and roll your feet on it.
2. Put a cloth on the ground and pick it up with your toes.
