Ryano is right, I use 3 different size PVC pipes. I use them on my warm ups a lot of times to save my back. Elitefts had a video on working the upper back to improve the arch, I will see if I can find it.

Some will vary in height, but I think most competition benches are about the same height. Working the arch just takes time, and is really a lot of flexibility. The height of it isn't as important as the stability and ability to keep the points of contact on the bench.
