Have you ever noticed that if you work out in the morning you get a burst of energy that is great than any stimulant like coffee or soda? Plus you don't get the crash later in the day. Working out in the a.m. has allowed me to have the energy that I need all day long.

I need to see your routines I guess! I'm usually psyched up for another 20-30 minutes after, but then the next few hours I wander around in a daze.

I sometimes work out in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. I feel good after I do it, and it does give me the energy that I need .
