Stress levels

Have you ever noticed how stress just melts away when you lift? I can have the most stressful day at work and then go and lift and it makes me feel wonderful. I always look forward to the end of the day when I can work out. Even if I can not lift but can do some other activity I enjoy it.:ms:

Yoga has the same effect.

It's because exercise uses up the excess adrenaline in the body

Never tried yoga before. But I do easily get stressed, and I know that after I work out I feel like a million bucks.

I do find that lifting helps me feel better. When I have an off day, you can find me at the gym at the end of the day to make it better.
