Right now I can barely do a pushup. I am just starting out so maybe in a few months I will check back. I think the clapping ones sound like fun.

Make sure you also work your upper back, it will help you to do push-ups. My son was horrible at push-ups but a real focus on upper back strength has helped him a lot. Not to mention that a balance is very important for posture and to ward off injuries. Good luck to you.
