Raw: Not exactly sure 475-500 range
Single ply bench shirt: 670
Multiply bench shirt: 675

Both of those benches were in a full meet after squatting 800 plus. Hopefully I can handle 700 in a few weeks at a meet.

It equates to you being a badass

1RM calculators vary and a number of factors need to be taken into account but apparently 405 x 7 = 486-490 or thereabouts.
