Default Chest congestion

I have some severe chest congestion right now. What can I do to make myself feel better? I feel like crap and just want to get better so I can lift again.

Drink some hot tea with honey in it. Take a hot shower with oil of eucalyptus.

Stop lifting for a few days and rest. Take hot showers, use vicks. Place vicks on your feet and then cover with socks and hop into a warm bed for the night. It can work for you.

I agree. This can help you out a lot and if you have a cough it will make it go away.

I like OJ and its convenient. So while you're dicking around peeling your kiwi, I'll be pounding glass after glass of OJ.

If they said they had a broken leg and asked what to do about it, others might recommend going to the hospital, but not me... Its all about the OJ.
