Default osteoporosis?

I know how common it is for females to get osteoporosis. But how common is it for a male to have it?

Around 1-4% of males will get osteoporosis, in the over 50 category...apparently. But, some of the osteoporosis cases will depend on medication that people are on because some meds can cause bone loss.

Hubby has had osteoporosis for the past 12-13 years, due to his meds.

Men can have it but are not as likely as woman to get it.
