Default Strength and weight (Natural)

Ok, sorry if it sounds ignorant. I have searched the forums. But could not find an exact answer. My question is simple.
Let us assume a guy, a guy that trains naturally. And when I mean naturally I do not mean refraining from things that are labelled as steroids only. I mean taking everything into consideration (like your diet, your blood pressure, your heart rate etc). When this type of guy trains, can he be able to bench 600 lbs? If he can what will be his weight? Let us assume that this guy's height is 185 cm.
So my questions are
#1 Can a healthy trainer be as strong as steroid user?
#2 Does getting stronger means that you have to be really really heavy? (For example most athletes who bench 500-600 pounds are around 280ish pounds)
So can a guy with a height of 185cm and 220 pound be able to bench 600 lbs? (Natural & healthy)

Thanks anyone for helping, by the way serious answers please

Regardless of your questions, I have a feeling what you actually want to know is whether you can improve considerably without using steroids. Correct?

What are your goals, write a bit more about yourself so we can help.

The questions are too general to give any meaningful answers.

What should matter to you is what you can do to get stronger, powerful and healthier rather than concentrating on these hypothetical's.

Ok do you want to be " strong man strong" or "martial artists strong" two completely different goals there.
Perhaps get more specific on your goals and the MAB gang can help ya.

But its more important for them to be a skilled fighter than it is for them to be strong. Strength is less than 50% of mma in my opinion.

The short answer to your question about a non-user being stronger than a user is no. The longer answer is; its complicated. Or more than I care to type about first thing this fine Friday morning.

I just want to state for the OP that there are plenty of super strong guys that aren't "heavy" and can still run, jump, and lift with the bast of them. But they are FREAKS! The average (natural) guy can go pretty far, but a 600 lb raw bench press is a pretty lofty goal. You may be the guy to do it but you won't know until you put in the years and the effort.
