Headaches all the time

I get headaches all the time. I think I may have a problem with my jaw. Would this cause me to get headaches a lot? Has anyone else had trouble with this before?

If u have TMJ (google it if u've never heard of it), it can cause headaches.

First thing i usually ask people that complain of headaches is; do u drink enough water?

Yep, as wes points out TMJ and lack of fluid can both cause headaches. Lack of food, sleep, water, and stress, plus a medical condition I suffer from, all add up to give me headaches...but controlling as many of those elements as I can permits me to keep them at a reduced level, most of the time.

If you think it may be jaw related, see a dentist; if you feel it may be neck related, see a doctor...or see both and just cover yourself, it may be one of those things that can easily be sorted then again it may not be, but if it does have a simple solution it's better to know early on rather than suffer.

I have not but I do suggest you get to the doctor to find out what is wrong.

Do you need to wear a mouth guard to bed? Maybe this would help you out if you have pressure on your teeth.

High Blood pressure is a huge contributer to headaches..... there are so many different things that will give you headaches.... i suggest you go to the doctor and seek professional help, headaches are nothing to screw around with.....

You need to see a dentist then if you think it is your jaw. It could be TMJ.

Have you gone to the doctor yet? I am curious as to see what was wrong with you.

Are you getting the right nutrients? Or are you straining yourself when you work out?
