I have altered wording in respect to a failed lift/attempt; because I have not failed per se, just missed the lift on that occasion...a slight change in wording can have a big impact psychologically. So, they are logged as "missed" not failed.



For those that need motivation staying on track with their diets, may be a good idea to cover that point briefly.

i hate thinking i couldn't be the best ever if i gave it my all, so i "pretend" that i can and plan to do so until i'm too old to train.
