Default John McCallum and Keys to Progress

I haven't seen this discussed much, so was he either:

  • An excellent spinner of both funny and interesting tales?
  • A genuinely good physique writer who wrote applicable and appropriate routines?

Or perhaps both?

There's a big difference between the two. Discuss.
