Thor vs. Crom Challenge #2 - 50% 1RM Deadlifts for 10 Minutes

Start date: 10/19/2011
End Date: Sunday October 30th, 2011

Details

--Deadlifts using 50% of your one rep max.
--Most reps in 10 minutes. We are only counting REPS per team.
--Use as many sets as you need to.

edit; Ok, 50% of 1rm makes a lot more sense than 50% of bodyweight. I could CLEAN 50% of my bodyweight 60 times in 10 minutes. I'll be using 170lb for this one. That's still going to be a loooong 10 minutes.

I'll be using straps; I think 10 minutes would leave me with no grip for a cuppa otherwsie ;)

I'm assuming normal or sumo DL as well, not RDL/SLDL.

No worries...it's only 5.5kg more for me anyway :D It's not even a normal warm-up set weightload which is heavier...but, pretty sure after 10 minutes, it's going to feel it.

What could you possibly have going on that's more important than the Thor vs. Crom challenge? I think you're priorities are a little off my friend.
