Not sure where to post this so feel free to move it.

That Caleb Lee guy is sticking to his guns and labelling M&B as 'Nazi haters'. Personally, I think hating Nazis is a good thing



If he wants people to believe him, perhaps he should practice what he preaches. Put on the muscle Caleb. After all, it only takes 4 weeks!

It's nonsense like this which stops people ever making gains. They try a program like this, inevitably see far less results than they expect and stop.

He's a 130 lbs wanker who runs a malware-riddled site promoting a program which can apparently build you 30 pounds of muscle mass in 28 days.

This is physiological impossibility of course, and he clearly hasn't achieved it himself, but he claims to be able to do it nonetheless.

We don't like to continue talking about him though, as it will just feed his ego. And he's probably lurking.

He was brought up in the thread about abs on a skinny guy. I'm glad he got banned. Everything about that guy is fishy, and not in the good omega-3 way.
