Default Ab's and a 6 Pack

Not everyone has a well known as a "6 Pack". This is genetics. A 6 Pack, 4 Pack, 8 Pack or even a 1 Pack is determined by your Tendinous insciptions. Yes the general public has a 6 or 8 pack, but there are a wide variety of the way the Ten. ins. are formed and shaped all determined by your genetic make up. There is no way of getting a 6 pack if your genetic make up is for a 4 pack or even one big slab with very small divisions that disappear when you flex your ab's. I for one am a unfortunate one in this slab category.
The fitness and sup industry will try to tell you different. Believe what you want I just flapped you in the face with fact. Take it or leave it.

Don't look at it as not being a 6-pack, 8-pack, or even 12-pack...that slab is a case!

I love this.^^
