Ever been in this boat?
My buddy, Mr.Bumpkin, is a fellow trainer and all around loudmouth...not a bad guy but real inconsistent in his training. One moment he wants to look like a Greek god, the next he wants to out-bench me! He hates when someone says that I'm stronger than him (which lb for lb. I am! 243 v. 270ish)
Today...I honestly had to look at him with the look of confusion...he tells me that I need to start training for a meet again so he can take his training serious!
He then goes on to say, that if I am not going to do a meet then I need to stop lifting heavy because he would rather look strong than be strong. Again
Anyone know someone like this guy? I hate to see him train people because someone told him that he is the end all trainer. He doesn't even train his clients to squat properly!!! All in all it is pretty comical to be around this guy!
