Default Foam roller

I just got myself one of these, known as The Grid:

I gave it a short trial and it seems sturdy and I could feel it working which is great. I decided that I needed to try and find something that I could use easily on my upperback because of the TOS, LtL did suggest a drain-pipe but I'd already ordered the above and I can go drain-pipe route next time, if it breaks at some point.

Looks a bit more high tech than mine

Should work well.

I have something similiar, with a spiral pattern. It's all I've ever used, so I don't know if it really has any benefit over rollers without patterns. Let us know how it works for you!

Ugh. . .you've reminded me that I'm supposed to do a roller session today. I'd rather squat.

Looks like it could be pretty intense, looking forward to seeing how it feels (other than painful...).

Yeah that does look "intense." Haha. If you ever go the PVC route, work yourself into, as in you don't feel a regular roller. PVC hurts.

It's most definitely painful more so on the outer thigh. On the shoulders and back, it's a comy pain but nice, it's also not overly painful on front thigh.

It does the job and when doing the front thighs it's a full upperbody and core workout.

I also got a Quadballer and a few other mini-sized items which work great for calves, front of lower leg, as well as almost anywhere else on the body, apart from shoulders and upperback which they don't target as well as the above roller.
