42 in 4 sets well under 5 minutes for sure. Was too tired to try and go for anymore and don't want to aggravate my tendinitis.

If my post is creating the confusion I did regular dips the best I could. I took my bar in the incline BB position and my adj. bench at 80 degrees one hand on the bar, one hand on the bench , about shoulder width apart and did my dips....just like a reg. dip.

They're regular dips, just using whatever there is available to get us into the correct position, if we have no dip bars; some using chair backs, whilst I used the corners of the kitchen unit which work well for me...etc
