oh man, I am feeling so weak. Tomorrow I will hitting the gym. I haven't done DB bench in about a year, my weakest lift too. I have never been this nervous about a training time.

Alright, guess on where I should be and probably undershot by 10 or 15 lbs. At any rate 11 x 50 lbs.

Steve, get your kids to pick a squat or pull next week, at least then I can provide a respectable number.

Crommmmm....THOR REQUIRES YOUR SOUUUULLLLLL!!!!!

Not really but I did pretty decent I guess, I went for the gusto and danced with the 95s...95x17, not bad to say I don't do DB bench...lol I'm pretty sure there will be bigger numbers from others that will make me look WEAK!!

95x17...PR...BTW the last 5 were UGLY!!!
